Fruit-forward and garnet in color, it displays beguiling aromatics of cedar, smoke and blackberry, courtesy of Lodi Petit Verdot and Oakville hillside Cabernet Franc. In the mouth, dark, ripe cherries mingle with milk chocolate and a mile-long mocha fnish. The tannins are soft as pillows. The mouthfeel is velvet.
